Allyssa & Raven
Our Story
Dance duo, Allyssa & Raven are mixed-indigenous performing artists currently located in Brooklyn, NY. They met and grew up together in Gallup, New Mexico while at Foundations of Freedom Performing Arts Studio where they discovered their shared passion for dance and the community it created. After embarking on their own journeys, the two reunited years later and have since become an inseparable team, creating, traveling, teaching, and performing to share their love for dance and each other with communities worldwide.
Our Mission
We believe in bringing dance to communities everywhere. We acknowledge that dance is personal, cultural, and communal. Through performative storytelling, inclusive dance education, and kinesthetic cultural exchange, we aim to create spaces for self-expression, understanding, and connection.
